Mmmm Poptart

So! As I said I would post. Here is the drawing of the poptart and lifesaver that I did for my final for Drawing II.

I am quite happy with the way it turned out. XD

I think my teacher would have preferred I have another life saver leaving off in the top left corner, but I just didnt have another one to pose there. So... just one life saver.

The print on the bottom was actually black and white zebra print, but I wanted it to somewhat blend with the poptart but at the same time push it forward. Hence I darkened the colors used.

The poptart took some time but it was actually fun to get it to look like a poptart. If you were able to look closely at it you could see that I used ground (dust) off the chalk pastels to make some of the dimples that poptarts have.

There's also three little green beads in the pic, which you may not be able to see too clearly in this shot.

I hope you like it just as much as I do!!
